    Your new role:
    You will take a lead role in delivering the final phases of the project, ensuring high-quality finishes and programme adherence across key areas. Reporting to the Project Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to drive results through the final delivery phase.

    You will be responsible for:

    * Managing the finishing stages across basketball courts, bathrooms, lecture rooms, and façade works
    * Coordinating and driving subcontractors to achieve programme milestones
    * Managing and mentoring a Supervisor and a team of Engineers
    * Ensuring strict compliance with site safety and regulatory requirements
    * Identifying and resolving on-site issues to maintain project momentum
