    Your new company:
    A well established commercial builder with a strong presence in the Sydney market is delivering a large scale high rise project in the CBD. With a solid pipeline of major commercial and residential projects, this organisation is known for its structured approach, strong site teams, and commitment to safety and quality.

    Your new role:
    As Structures Supervisor, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of the structural works on this complex high rise build. Working closely with the senior site manager and site leadership team, you will oversee all on site structural activities through the core stages of the project.

    Your responsibilities will include:
     Supervising internal structural works
     Coordinating formwork, steel fixing, concrete and post tensioning subcontractors
     Managing floor cycle programmes and critical path activities
     Ensuring WHS compliance and maintaining a strong safety first culture on site
     Overseeing quality inspections, ITPs and hold points
     Liaising daily with engineers, subcontractors and site management teams
     Proactively identifying and resolving on site construction issues

    What you’ll need to succeed:
    To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience delivering structural packages on major high rise projects and the ability to work confidently in a fast paced CBD environment.

    You will have:
     Proven experience as a Structures Supervisor on large scale commercial or residential high rise projects
     Strong knowledge of concrete structures and sequencing
     Experience managing multiple subcontractors and trades
     Excellent communication and leadership skills
     A strong focus on safety, quality and programme delivery
    ; A current White Card

    3. Provide expert tea service and prepare our exclusive coffee menu; confidently recommend and upsell beverage and dessert pairings.
    4. Maintain impeccable personal presentation, venue cleanliness, and strict food safety standards; diligently follow all opening and closing procedures.
    5. Operate the POS system accurately, assist with stock control and setup, and remain a calm, capable presence during peak service periods.

    - Employment Details -
    Full-time (Preferred): Shifting. Minimum 38 hours per week across 5 days, including one weekend day.
    Part-time: Minimum 3 days per week, including one weekend day.
    Remuneration:$25.00 – $34.00 per hour
