They have an extended product offering across all personal insurance product lines and require sales consultants to assist them for a temporary period to deal with a very busy period.
The duties of this role will include; making outbound retention calls to customers who have policies already in place as well as providing accurate and timely information on all available products and services and assisting team members on ad-hoc administration tasks.
Ideal candidates for this role will have
- Inbound/outbound sales experience ideally in a call centre environment within a corporate environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to learn products very quickly
