    We are looking for a proven sales person with experience in outbound/incoming call environment to join our team in Sydney.

    We are an international Tax agency operating globally and in a number of locations within Australia. Our team is based in the Australian head office in Sydney CBD, we are young, friendly, multi-national team in a fun and lively working environment.

    The primary duty of the role is based around (not limited to) the sale of our tax services (namely income and superannuation refunds) to working holiday makers in Australia.

    Principal Responsibilities:

    1- Selling Tax services to clients and customers
    2- Provide excellent customer service and advice to clients
    3- Be accountable for own customer base and follow up on all queries and commitment
    4- Ensure database is updated following each interaction with clients
    5- To ensure all own work is completed in a timely and effective manner
    6- To assist in other areas of our company and its sister companies should the need arise
    7- Be able to work in a team environment but also working on your own initiative to meet and manage your own individual work load and targets.

    Functional Responsibilities:

    Ø To ensure all communication is clear, well presented, professional and in a timely manner.

    Ø To input correctly all customer information into the company database.

    Ø Complete all required training and adhere to same going forward.

    Ø To complete all documentation required per process clearly and correctly.

    Ø To respond to customer queries, with a friendly and professional manner in both spoken and written communication.

    Ø To assist colleagues to ensure that work is being completed accurately and efficiently.

    Ø Take accountability for own workload (make sure the task is completed properly)

    Ø Maintain punctuality and 100% attendance in line with company policies


    Application requirements:

    Ø Fluent spoken and written English is a requirement

    Ø Previous Sales/ Customer Service Experience essential

    Ø Minimum 6 month commitment required (with possibility of extending depending performance and availability).

    Ø Good IT skills, with a basic knowledge of Microsoft office suite.


    Full on the job training will be provided to the successful candidate.

    The role is target driven with weekly, monthly and annual KPI expected.

    Base salary and commission
