About the Opportunity
As our HR Business Development Manager, you will hold a key role within our organisation and focus on strategically developing business and promoting our HR label ‘HR Sense’. Your daily focus will be to develop a strong awareness of our brand in the market of small to medium enterprises, offering outsourced human resources support to organisations that do not have the infrastructure in place to have their own HR department. You will build a team of highly knowledgeable and professional HR specialists around you to support the demands of our clients. You will develop an engagement strategy for our social media platforms, promoting HR Sense and building a community of business owners, entrepreneurs and HR specialists, where you will offer information and support on a daily basis. This is a full time role, based in the CBD of Parramatta.
You will be client focussed and you will come from a background within HR having legislative knowledge. Leading our HR Services division, you will come from a background of either sales or new business development combined with experience within HR. Key to your success will be your ability to establish and maintain strong and professional working relationships with key decision makers and business owners. You will be confident in delivering outcomes and exceeding weekly and daily targets which will push you into the next phase of your role. You will be motivated by a challenge and be a strategic thinker who pushes themselves each day to think outside the box in a saturated market of sales and business development. You will be an influencer, and have an interest in psychology linked with selling. Above all, you will take initiative and be outcome focussed.
You will possess the following traits:
* Experience in Sales or New Business Development.
* Professional Experience within Human Resources
* Up to Date Knowledge of Current Legislations and Compliance.
* Strong Decision-Making Abilities.
* Problem Identification and Solving Skills.
* Past Leadership Experience.
* Past Experience in Social Media Engagement.
