  • Job Description

    Our Human Resource team is looking for a new team member to work as part of a small team to provide strategic and operational consultative services to departmental leaders on a broad range of people matters.
    At times you will undertake research and provide data and accompanying analysis to monitor and support business initiatives, co-ordinate the temporary to permanent status review process and write


    Responsibilities:

    • Perform searches of the candidate database for specific client requirements
    • Receive, screen and update CV’s for client submission
    • Qualify candidates’ CV, experience and technical proficiency through background and reference checks.
    • Act on job requirements allocated by the Recruitment Manager, Senior Recruitment & SAM’s in the most appropriate and effective manner
    • Prioritise workloads to ensure achievement of daily activity tasks are maintained
    • Request permission to submit from each represented candidate
    • Provide relevant feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
    • Maintain a high level of database integrity through thorough recording of recruitment activities, candidate, contractor and client information
    • Follow the client specific Recruitment Process
    • Provide timely feedback to all parties, Candidates, Account Managers & Account Directors and the Client when and as required
    • Prepare & Submit advertising copy within the required deadlines and in the required format
    • Be an integral member of the team assisting other existing recruitment consultants and other staff members to ensure the best interests of the company always.
