You will be making and receiving calls in relation to maintenance issues. You will be receiving calls from the education sector and liaising with maintenance contractors.
Ideally a similar background in handling maintenance and facilities issues would be beneficial.
This is a high volume customer service centre and you will need to learn new information quickly. There is an administration component to the role so good computer skills a must.

The hours are 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday.
The successful applicant will commence ASAP and we ask that although this is a temporary role that you stay for the duration.
