You will be a part of a small yet dedicated team with a very client focus approach. Your role will be of high importance and require meticulous attention to detail. Daily tasks will be vast, with the most common being maintaining office and website presentation, assisting the property management and sales team and overall reception duties.
The successful candidate will need to have strong work ethics with good organisational skills.
Job tasks and responsibilities:
Maintain office presentation
Direct incoming calls, take messages, handle queries and requests
Assist the property management and sales team
Filing and data entry
Social media management and weekly blog posts
Maintaining office supplies
The successful candidate will require:
Experience in reception and/or office management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook etc.
Immaculate personal and workplace presentation
Team player willing to assist and learn
Reliable and punctual
Neat office presentation
Organised and able to meet deadlines
Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
Ability to multi task and prioritise
