Prospector / Business Development Manager

This real estate agency is renowned for looking after executive properties and has a well established name in lower northern beaches area. The provide short term luxury rentals for corporate companies.
The successful candidate will be hungry to make huge dollars and aspirations to have a successful career in sales.
Day to day responsibilities of the role will be:-
Managing inquires for new tenancy enquiries
Show potential tenants or tenant reps through the properties
Prepare properties to be listed online e.g. photos, refurbs, furniture
Account Management – Corporate Clients
Database Management - Sales Force
Warm Prospecting to current clients
Cold Prospecting to new clients
Negotiating & communication renewals with Property Owners
General Administration & Database management
Successful Applicants must have:
Experience in Real Estate, Business Development, Sales or Recruitment, preferably in a Corporate environment
Valid Driver’s Licence
Be exceptionally presented
Not afraid to make cold calls & get on the phone
Be immaculately presented in case of external meetings
Excellent English skills & phone manner (Preferably English as first language)
This company will consider experienced sales professionals from real estate, corporate sales or recruitment on a working holiday visa. There is oppotunity of extension past the 6 month WHV allows.
You will be piad a base salary plus oppotunity to earn monthly commissions.
