    An exciting opportunity exists for an innovative and enthusiastic individual with a flair for Marketing & Communications to join us at our Sydney HQ.

    Currently we are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join our team and help drive future growth. Excellent communication and writing skills are key as well as a passion for technology.

    Essential to this role will be your ability to take on multiple tasks whilst delivering high quality marking communications that generate results. You will be client-focused and be able to work collaboratively with our cross-functional team.

    Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    Digital Marketing

    • Take ownership of the existing digital marketing infrastructure and plan and execute all digital marketing activity - including website/app, email, social media and search
    • Display Add: updates & rewrites as necessary
    • Content Management - Develop and implement a social media strategy and work with internal and external resources to create and optimise engaging cross-channel content
    • Manage the digital marketing budget, measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and other KPIs)

    Email Marketing

    Manage and optimise the email marketing campaigns
    Run A/B testing and analysis to extract meaningful insights
    Optimize the performance of email campaigns in regard to deliverability, open and click-through rates.
    Your primary focus will be developing engaging finance related content, including websites, news, white papers, landing pages, display adds, etc

    The successful applicant should demonstrate the following qualities:

    • Strong copy writing skills and attention to detail
    • Exposure to the finance industry will be highly regarded
    • Define, manage and drive web assets to ensure the delivery of the online strategy
    • Hands on experience with CRM’s essential
    • Hold a tertiary qualification in Marketing or Journalism or related discipline and have at least 2+ years' experience in digital marketing
    • Experience in devising and implementing marketing strategies
    • Effective communicator – both verbal and written
    • Experience in office administration
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks concurrently
    • Business acumen and the ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality
    • Professional presentation
    • Demonstrated success in providing exceptional and consistent customer service, including the ability to deal with commercially sensitive documents
    • Punctual, flexible and able to prioritise a changing to do list

    We are looking for someone who is process driven and who enjoys working in a small "all hands on deck" collaborative team environment as at times you will be wearing many hats.
