    Duties and Responsibilities
    A position is currently open for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join the team on a temporary basis, with a view to permanency for the right candidate.
    In this position you will be required to:

    Be the first point of contact with new clients/suppliers
    Have a great knowledge of the business and be able to explain this to new clients
    Sell the benefits and service
    Responsible for obtaining subscription fee's
    Contacting and renewing subscriptions from current clients
    Conduct annual reviews and surveys with current clients
    Work with other team members and departments to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings
    Maintain an excellent relationship with clients

    To be successful in this role you will have:

    1+ years of customer service/call centre experience with proven excellent customer service skills
    Well-developed computer skills to manage various software systems
    Good communication and conflict resolution skills
    Ability to work well within a fast paced environment
