    About the Role

    As a customer-focused individual, your daily duties will include but are not limited to the following:

    • Reviewing complaints from customers and other stakeholders
    • Analysing customer feedback and complaints to identify trends
    • Providing feedback on trends to the Team Leader in the form of reports
    • Proposing opportunities and strategies for improvement
    • Assisting the Team Leader and wider team to create a positive customer experience
    • Performing ad hoc administrative tasks as required
