    The Role

    The service desk teams focus is providing the right support to both internal and external customers and ensuring the service level targets are met. Whilst ensuring that system hardware, operating systems, software systems and related procedures adhere to organisational requirements.

    Day to day duties:

    • Windows Server including AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
    • VMware
    • Microsoft Windows 7, 8 and 10
    • Microsoft Exchange Server
    • SolarWinds
    • Veeam

    Desirables:

    • Cisco equipment (Switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless lan controllers
    • Palo Alto
    • Microsoft SCCM and Server Environments
    • Voice (Shortel)
