Monday – Friday - 8:15am - 4:45pm
This busy local council is seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join this well-established Customer Service team for an initial 6 months.
Duties will include:
- Dealing with high volume inbound enquiries regarding rates, permits, local laws, applications, and other council related issues.
- Supportive Customer Service team within a inbound call centre environment to the members of the public
- General administrative duties such as data entry and responding to email enquiries
Essential requirements of the role:
- Ability to handle high volume inbound calls
- Must have call centre experience and demonstrated ability to handle high call volume
- Have intermediate working knowledge use of MS Office
- Working with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
