    Monday – Friday - 8:15am - 4:45pm

    This busy local council is seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join this well-established Customer Service team for an initial 6 months.

    Duties will include:

    • Dealing with high volume inbound enquiries regarding rates, permits, local laws, applications, and other council related issues.
    • Supportive Customer Service team within a inbound call centre environment to the members of the public
    • General administrative duties such as data entry and responding to email enquiries

    Essential requirements of the role:

    • Ability to handle high volume inbound calls
    • Must have call centre experience and demonstrated ability to handle high call volume
    • Have intermediate working knowledge use of MS Office
    • Working with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
