The duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Data entry of supplier invoices
- Regular filing and all other related paper work
- Provide administrative support to the bookkeeper in day-to-day operations
- Maintain insurance policies
- General Office Duties
- Manage emails and correspondence
Skills & Experience:
- Experience with MYOB is desirable.
- Intermediate computer skills
- Great attitude and willingness to assist
