    We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Administrative Assistant to join our close-knit team for 1-2 days a week.

    Do you have:

    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint?
    • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel?
    • Attention to detail?
    • Proven ability and willingness to learn new skills and software?
    • Experience with Mac operating systems and computers? – desirable
    • Experience using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail and Calendar) – desirable
    • Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) – desirable

    About the role
    You will provide basic administration support in a Human Resources environment, whilst being exposed to exciting and varied projects. Assisting the Office Coordinator, you’ll be required to perform a diverse range of tasks, including: reviewing, editing and formatting documents, presentations and reports; data entry; printing and binding; filing; providing project support; assisting with internal and external events; conducting general research; general office cleaning duties; preparing coffee/tea for clients; running errands; and providing general support for all internal Company staff.

    Applicants who are studying related courses in Human Resources and/or Behavioural Science are encouraged to apply. 

    You’ll have the opportunity to contribute and apply your learnings, and also learn about various psychometric and behavioural tools and assessments.

    This is a casual position and you will need to be available on Mondays and/or Tuesdays from 9:00am - 5:00pm. 

    You will also have the opportunity to attend our events outside of these hours.
