    Passion and pride are our client’s key ingredients and we are looking for the same attributes from our National Team of Sales Representatives to drive a recipe for success.

    Reporting to the Client Manager, you will drive sales through distribution within a designated territory in the Independent Grocery Channel. This is a dual sales and customer service role that entails working to KPI's and closing the sale through your experience and product knowledge, persuasive sales techniques and being customer-centric.

    The successful applicants will demonstrate skills gained from previous selling experience within the Independent Grocery channel to influence sales, drive distribution, and build key relationships with Store personnel. A high level of independence is essential to success in this role.

    Core to this role will be the ability to excite customers, play a part of a greater sales team environment while growing brand awareness and promoting sales through establishing high instore merchandising standards, building and utilising in-store relationships to maintain prominent shelf space and identifying opportunities to up-sell promotions, source and execute secondary locations and seasonal campaigns.

    The territory includes but is not limited to: Sydney North & South

    Skills & Experience

    • Previous experience in the FMCG sales environment
    • Independent Grocery channel know-how with ideally min 2 years’ experience
    • Exceptional customer service focus, with customer-centric selling skills
    • Excellent organisational and planning skills, thinking on your feet in an active environment
    • Confident use of various "selling" strategies along with effective negotiation skills
    • A current driver’s license & car
    • Sound knowledge of technology including emails, excel and basic CRM skills
    • Understanding of Shopper Marketing concepts and the importance of proper shelf influence to consumers
