Project Manager required for a boutique commercial builder. Sydney metro based. Projects up to $10 million.

Your new company
This company is a privately-owned boutique builder with a successful reputation in the commercial, government and rail space on projects up to $10M. They have been in operation for ten + years. Due to new projects for 2021 they are now looking to hire a project manager to join their successful team.

Your new role
You will be an experienced project manager with a 'generalist' project background ideally around the $6-10M value. You will be looking to join a company that offer autonomy, well resourced projects, interesting clients and a great culture. This role will report directly into the owner of the business.

The first project is a part of lab upgrade therefore experience in a live client environment, heavy services and clean room experience would be highly beneficial. Projects moving forward will include: retail, rail, schools and industrial up to $10 million.

What you'll need to succeed
* Project management experience ideally within the commercial government sector.
* Degree or trade qualified.
* Excellent communication
* Programming experience
* Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
*Experience with the tier 3 or 4 space
