Site Manager – Nightshift | Commercial retail refurbishment | Contract Role

We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to oversee the nightshift programme on a commercial retail refurbishment project located on the central coast. This is a contract role suited to a hands-on leader with strong experience managing retail Fitout and refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the full night programme of works, including coordination of trades and subcontractors.
* Ensure site safety compliance and conduct daily safety checks and toolbox talks.
* Oversee progress of works to ensure alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
* Liaise closely with the dayshift Site Manager to ensure seamless handover and continuity of works.
* Monitor and manage defects and finishes, ensuring high standards are maintained.
* Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting.

Skills & Experience Required:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail refurbishment or Fitout projects, ideally within supermarkets or live environments.
* Strong understanding of nightshift operations, safety protocols, and subcontractor management.
* Ability to manage multiple trades and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timeframes.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Relevant trade or construction qualifications preferred.
