We are partnering with a fast-growing company to find a motivated, detail-oriented Data Analyst to support their business intelligence and operational decision-making. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally with a friendly, data-driven, and collaborative team.

You'll assist with transforming data into actionable insights — making a meaningful contribution to both strategic planning and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (internal systems, spreadsheets, third-party platforms)
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to support cross-functional teams
• Analyze key metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement
• Assist with automation of recurring data tasks and report generation
• Collaborate with team members to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
• Document data processes, maintain data integrity, and support audit readiness
• Contribute to presentations and visual storytelling using charts, graphs, and summary reports

Requirements

• Experience with or interest in data analysis, business intelligence, or operations analytics
• Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel, and at least one BI or analytics tool (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
• Basic experience with SQL or data manipulation is a strong plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written communication and the ability to present findings clearly
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Previous experience in analytics, reporting, or data admin is a strong advantage — but not mandatory
