I operate a small chemical free market garden which I am expanding slowly and wish to develop a food forest and walkthrough so that patrons to my fresh produce roadside store can see first hand the fruits and vegetables growing insitu.  

The requirements of the role will change daily and you must be able to work without structure and routine but rather revel in chaos.

Work hours will vary - some early starts, some late finishes both of which are dictated by the task at hand, not the clock. 

This is a heavily manual job which includes lots of digging, lifting and  shifting. You must be fit, tolerent of being outdoors in summer heat, and understand what hard work means. Hardwork will be additionally rewarded when goals are achieved to the highest standard.

You will work alone, 1 on 1 or as part of or team of 8.

The role may involve any of the following activities: bed preparation - digging,  weeding, planting, mulching; pruning, maintaining, fertilising, harvesting, preparing for sale, yard and building maintenance, lifting and shifting boxes of produce, unloading farm utes, unloading trucks, preparing customer orders etc

This role involves a lot of lifting, bending, twisting and digging. 

Property Majntenace - mowing and cleaning are required. So if you are too precious to clean...move right along.
