Your New Company:

This well-established remedial construction contractor is known for delivering complex, high-value residential and commercial remediation projects across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for technical excellence, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a $10 million remedial cladding replacement project in Parramatta.

Your New Role:
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a large-scale remedial project involving the removal and replacement of non-compliant external cladding on a commercial residential building. You will play a key leadership role, managing subcontractors and site teams, coordinating with consultants and stakeholders, and ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Managing and coordinating all site activities and trades
* Ensuring WHS compliance across all works
* Scheduling, tracking, and reporting on project progress
* Liaising with engineers, consultants, strata representatives, and residents
* Managing cladding removal and installation in a live-site environment
* Maintaining quality assurance and site documentation

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on remedial or cladding-related projects
* Strong knowledge of BCA/NCC compliance, particularly around combustible cladding
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills
* Ability to manage live-site constraints and deliver under tight timeframes
* White Card and relevant construction qualifications
* Additional certifications such as Working at Heights, First Aid, etc. (highly regarded)
