Join a dynamic team delivering high-end commercial electrical work across Sydney's CBD.

We're on the lookout for a skilled Leading Hand Electrician to take charge of commercial projects such as office fit-outs, refurbishments, and other high-spec installations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be guiding a team while still staying active on the tools.

Your new role

* Leading and mentoring a team of electricians on-site
* Coordinating daily tasks and ensuring project timelines are met
* Reading and interpreting electrical plans and specifications
* Performing installations, upgrades, and maintenance on commercial sites
* Liaising with project managers and other trades to ensure smooth workflow

What you'll need to succeed

* NSW Electrical Licence
* Proven experience in commercial electrical work (office fit-outs highly regarded)
* Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* White Card and relevant tools
