A respected residential builder with a strong portfolio across Sydney’s Northern Beaches is seeking an experienced Site Manager to drive the final stages of a $6 million refurbishment project in Manly. With structural works nearing completion, the focus is now on high-end finishes, coordination of trades, and delivering a seamless handover.
Key responsibilities include:

* Overseeing finishing trades, subcontractors and defect management
* Coordinating final inspections and certifications
* Managing site safety and compliance
* Liaising with clients, consultants, and suppliers
* Driving program to meet handover deadlines

What you'll need to succeed:

* Proven experience delivering high-end residential projects through to completion
* Strong understanding of finishing trades and defect rectification
* Ability to manage tight timelines and maintain quality standards
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Relevant building qualifications and White Card
