Description:
Experienced Finishes/Facade Foreman required for a 4-month contract.
Your new role:

* On-site management of all trades & labourers, ensuring all regulations and specifications are met, and the project delivers to time, budget & quality.
* Planning & ordering materials, equipment, and scheduling contractors.
* Maintaining accurate daily records of activities, inductions, and meetings.
* Ensuring all aspects of OHS are implemented and maintained in line with company policy.
* Interpretation of plans, engineering, specifications, and other documentation.
* Minimisation and management of defects as a focus, managing and reporting on a regular basis.

What you'll need to succeed:

* A minimum of 5 years of on-site supervisory experience on high residential, commercial, or retail building projects.
* Solid understanding of Australian Standards, the construction processes and OH&S site compliance requirements.
* Excellent time management, organisation skills and a keen eye for detail, always ensuring the highest standard.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well with people to achieve outcomes.
