Your New Role:
As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification. You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, and maintain compliance with WHS standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage site activities across multiple trades.
* Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
* Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety protocols.
* Liaise with Project Manager and stakeholders for smooth delivery.
* Maintain accurate site records and reporting.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on large-scale commercial projects.
* Strong knowledge of WHS regulations and site safety management.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage subcontractors and resolve on-site issues promptly.
* Relevant trade qualifications or building certifications.
