You’ll work with a supportive team of senior professionals and have the autonomy to drive site operations.

Your New Role:
As Site Manager, you will oversee all on-site activities for the construction of a new administration and archival facility.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing the full strip-out and fit-out of the building.
* Coordinating structural modifications
* Supervising installation of services, joinery, finishes, and furniture
* Overseeing external façade works
* Driving safety compliance
* Preparing look-ahead programs and ensuring efficient sequencing of works.
* Maintaining quality standards

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial Fitout projects.
* Strong safety mindset
* Proficiency in construction software
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage labour and materials effectively.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
