Your new role:
As a Finishes/Facade Foreman, you will oversee all aspects of façade and external finishes on a landmark multi-residential development in Northern Sydney. You’ll manage subcontractors, ensure quality standards, and maintain strict safety compliance while driving program delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

* Supervising façade installation and finishes trades
* Coordinating with Site Manager and Project Manager to meet deadlines
* Ensuring compliance with WHS standards and company procedures
* Monitoring quality and resolving on-site issues promptly
* Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to maintain workflow

What you’ll need to succeed:

* Proven experience as a Foreman on large-scale commercial or residential projects
* Strong knowledge of façade systems and high-end finishes
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain program schedules
* Current White Card and first aid
