About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, tech-savvy, and solutions-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our remote support team. In this role, you will help customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring they receive outstanding service across email, chat, and phone.
What You’ll Do
Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot basic product or account issues with clear, step-by-step communication
Document interactions and escalate complex cases when needed
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
Prior customer service or support experience (remote experience a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Comfortable working with online tools, CRM systems, and multitasking
Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment
