Site Manager – Granny Flats (Up to 5 Projects) – North Central Coast, NSW

Location: North Central Coast, NSW Type: Full-Time Start Date: Immediate

Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for a role where you can really make an impact? We’re building up to five granny flats across the beautiful North Central Coast and need someone who’s organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering quality homes on time.

This role is perfect for someone from a granny flat builder or volume builder background who’s ready to take the next step. You’ll not only manage day-to-day site operations but also gain exposure to all aspects of site management and enjoy genuine career progression opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:

* Running multiple sites and keeping everything on track.
* Creating and maintaining schedules so projects finish on time.
* Coordinating trades, suppliers, and deliveries.
* Ensuring quality and compliance with NSW building codes and safety standards.
* Problem-solving and keeping communication clear and consistent.
What we’re looking for:

* Previous experience building granny flats (essential).
* Strong organisational and scheduling skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects confidently.
* Knowledge of NSW building regulations and WHS requirements.
* Current driver's licence and own transport.
