This reputable fitout contractor specialises in high-quality commercial projects across Sydney. They are currently delivering a fast-paced gym fitout in Manly and require an experienced Sub-Foreman to support site delivery for the next three months.

Your new role:
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of trades and subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a live fitout environment.

Key responsibilities include:

* Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and labour on site
* Managing daily site activities and short-term programming
* Ensuring WHS compliance and site safety standards are maintained
* Quality control and defect management
* Assisting with deliveries, site logistics, and access coordination
* Liaising with the Site Manager and project stakeholders

What you’ll need to succeed:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Proven experience as a Sub-Foreman or Leading Hand on commercial fitout projects
* Strong knowledge of gym or commercial interior fitouts (preferred)
* Ability to manage multiple trades in a tight programme
* White Card (essential)
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Immediate availability
