What’s an Adventure Specialist?

Think of yourself as the ultimate trip enabler. You’ll be prepping our fleet of top-tier Toyota 4WDs, ensuring adventurers have everything they need for their off-grid journeys. From vehicle dispatch and maintenance to customer service and gear checks, you’ll make sure every trip starts and ends smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepping 4WDs & Camping Gear – Cleaning, checking, and restocking vehicles with everything from rooftop tents to kitchen kits.

Taking our vehicles on a pit stop to the experts for some TLC—because even our adventure machines need a little pampering to stay in top shape!

Quality Control & Gear Checks – Ensuring all equipment (awnings, rooftop tents, cooking gear, etc.) is in perfect condition before every hire.

Customer Handovers & Vehicle Dispatch – Be the friendly face that hands over the keys, explains the setup, and gets travellers ready to hit the road.

Minor Maintenance & Repairs – Keep our fleet adventure-ready by fixing up accessories, performing basic vehicle checks, and handling minor mechanical issues.

Vehicle Relocations – Occasionally move our fleet between depots—because who doesn’t love a mini road trip?

What We’re Looking For:

Passion for 4WDs, camping, and road trips
Friendly, outgoing, and great with people
Physically fit – you’ll be moving gear and working on vehicles
Good with details – keeping track of vehicle condition and equipment
Able to work independently and problem-solve on the go
Experience with reservations or customer service is a plus
Familiar with Microsoft Office & Rental Car Manager (or quick to learn!)
Full, unrestricted Driver’s Licence (a must)
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must hold valid Australian work rights or appropriate visa
