This respected commercial fitout contractor delivers high quality retail and hospitality refurbishments across NSW. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for excellence, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an upcoming 8 week retail fitout project in Newcastle across nightshift.

Your new role:

* As the Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of this fast paced fitout project. You will:
* Oversee day to day site operations
* Coordinate subcontractors and trades
* Manage site safety, WHS compliance and documentation
* Drive program delivery to meet tight timelines
* Ensure high quality workmanship and client satisfaction
* Report progress to the Project Manager

What you’ll need to succeed:

To excel in this role, you will have:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fitout or retail refurbishment projects
* Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
* Solid understanding of WHS and site management systems
* Ability to work efficiently under tight program schedules
* Trade qualification or construction background preferred
* Current White Card
