Your New Company:
This Tier 1 construction builder is a recognised leader in Australia’s building industry. They are currently seeking an experienced Contract Site Supervisor to support a live Defence project for a short-term engagement.

Your New Role:
Reporting to the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will be responsible for supervising on-site construction activities and ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with Defence requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Supervising day-to-day site activities and subcontractor works
Ensuring compliance with WHS, quality, and Defence security protocols
Coordinating trades to maintain program and productivity
Conducting toolbox talks, pre-starts, and safety inspections
Monitoring workmanship and rectifying defects where required
Assisting with site reporting and documentation

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on Defence or high-security construction projects up to $50 million
Tier 1 or 2 experience
Current NV1 Security Clearance (mandatory)
Strong understanding of Australian construction standards and WHS requirements
Ability to manage multiple trades and communicate effectively on site
Availability to commence immediately
