Your New Company:
An established commercial builder with a strong pipeline of work across the south coast is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of an education project in Moss Vale. This is a short term contract opportunity suited to a hands on supervisor who can step in and add immediate value on site.

Your New Role:
As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day to day coordination and supervision of site activities to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will manage subcontractors, oversee site operations and maintain compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

* Daily supervision of site activities and trades
* Coordination and management of subcontractors
* Ensuring WHS compliance and site safety at all times
* Monitoring programme and assisting with short term planning
* Conducting site meetings, inductions and toolbox talks
* Maintaining site records, reporting and quality control
* Liaising with consultants, inspectors and stakeholders as required

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial or education projects
* Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to manage multiple trades and meet tight deadlines
* Strong understanding of WHS requirements
* Relevant qualifications (Trade background, Cert IV in Building & Construction or similar)
* Current White Card
