As Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll work alongside the Branch Manager to ensure the branch operates efficiently, profitably, and always with the customer at the centre of everything we do.

Your Journey on the Road

Lead & Inspire

• Support recruitment, coaching, and performance development
• Align team goals with business strategy
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Drive Operational Excellence

• Support daily branch operations, fleet management, and compliance
• Maintain brand and service standards
• Improve systems and streamline processes

Champion Customer Experience

• Lead a customer-first culture
• Monitor feedback and NPS performance
• Resolve escalated issues professionally and efficiently

Support Financial Performance

• Assist in delivering budget and revenue targets
• Identify growth opportunities
• Ensure accurate reporting and cost control

 


What You’ll Bring to the Trip

Essential:

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Strong customer service background
• Experience managing performance, change, and operational improvement
• Confident decision-maker with strong conflict resolution skills
• Experience using CRM/reporting systems and basic–intermediate Excel
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable:

• Fleet, vehicle compliance, or workshop operations experience
• Business qualification (or similar)
