Job Description

We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our remote customer service team. In this role, you will assist with handling basic customer inquiries and providing support through online communication channels.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure customers receive timely and accurate responses while maintaining a professional and friendly tone. This position is suitable for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently from home.

Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is required. We are looking for candidates who are willing to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.


Key Duties:
Respond to customer inquiries via chat or email
Provide basic information about services or products
Update customer records when needed
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department
Maintain clear and professional communication
