Join a reputable commercial builder known for delivering high-quality refurbishment and fit-out projects within the CBD. This organisation is looking to bring on an experienced Contract Site Supervisor to support project delivery.

Your new role:
As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations on a fast-paced refurbishment project located in Sydney CBD. You will act as the key point of contact on-site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Strong hands-on trade background
- Proven ability to run a defined section of works independently
- Confident managing subcontractors, deliveries, and short-term programming
- Managing and supervising subcontractors and trades on-site
- Maintaining site safety and ensuring full WHS compliance

What you'll need to succeed:
- Demonstrated experience as a Site Supervisor on new build or refurbishment projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing in live environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced programme
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Relevant trade qualification or construction background
- White Card (mandatory)
