Your new company:
Join a highly regarded Tier 2 builder known for delivering complex commercial projects, who are seeking an experienced Site Manager to drive the finishing stages of a $60 million school project in the Northern Sydney area.

Your new role:
You will take a lead role in delivering the final phases of the project, ensuring high-quality finishes and programme adherence across key areas. Reporting to the Project Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to drive results through the final delivery phase.

You will be responsible for:

* Managing the finishing stages across basketball courts, bathrooms, lecture rooms, and façade works
* Coordinating and driving subcontractors to achieve programme milestones
* Managing and mentoring a Supervisor and a team of Engineers
* Ensuring strict compliance with site safety and regulatory requirements
* Identifying and resolving on-site issues to maintain project momentum

What you’ll need to succeed:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on projects valued $50m+
* Strong track record of delivering projects through finishing stages
* Experience across education or similar complex builds (highly regarded)
* Ability to manage and lead site teams
* Excellent sequencing, programming, and subcontractor management skills
* Strong understanding of façade, fit-out, and finishing trades
* Relevant construction qualifications and White Card
