Subclass 417 - it will likely include some construction (light stuff - e.g., helping me render some internal walls and might get to the external ones, adding some floorboards, repairing the roof, building in some benches into motel rooms, and so on) gardening, and other tasks. 

Subclass 462 - I can offer some guest management (e.g., check-in and check-out, answering the phone, etc).
