Working across a diverse portfolio of retail destinations, you will play a key role in coordinating retailer fit-outs, landlord works and tenancy delivery programmes from commencement through to successful opening.

The Role
Reporting into the Tenancy Delivery team, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple tenancy and fit-out projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery outcomes align with programme milestones, budget requirements and operational objectives.
Key responsibilities include:

* Coordinate the delivery of tenancy fit-outs, landlord works and retailer construction projects from planning through to handover.
* Manage project programmes and monitor key milestones to ensure successful retailer opening dates are achieved.
* Coordinate retailer, contractor and consultant activities while maintaining compliance with project requirements and site protocols.
* Support procurement activities and contractor engagement throughout project delivery.
* Manage project reporting, documentation, programme tracking and stakeholder communications.
* Coordinate site access, inductions and operational readiness requirements.
* Liaise closely with Leasing, Design, Operations, Facilities and external project partners to ensure project objectives are achieved.
* Monitor project risks and proactively implement solutions to maintain programme performance.
* Ensure works are delivered in accordance with safety, quality and compliance standards.
* Facilitate smooth project handovers and support retailer opening readiness activities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring previous experience coordinating construction, fit-out or tenancy projects within a fast-paced environment.
You will ideally possess:

* Experience as a Project Coordinator, Construction Coordinator, Contract Administrator or similar project delivery role.
* Exposure to retail fit-outs, commercial interiors, tenancy delivery, property projects or construction environments.
* Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
* Experience working with contractors, consultants, suppliers and project teams.
* A strong understanding of construction processes, project programming and project administration.
* Sound knowledge of workplace safety and compliance requirements.
* A proactive approach with the ability to problem-solve and manage competing priorities.
* High attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
