About The Role
As a Field Associate, you'll be speaking with homeowners F2F about solar and battery solutions, educating customers on energy savings, and helping them transition to renewable energy.

You'll work alongside a passionate team that is focused on growth, success, and making a genuine difference for Australian families.

Your Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners f2f and book them in for an in-house appointment with one of our Solar Specialists / Designers
• Educate customers on current solar and battery benefit/incentive schemes
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Work towards individual and team sales targets
• Represent the company professionally and positively

Who We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Are confident talking to people
• Want to learn valuable sales and life skills 
• Enjoy working in a team environment - WE ARE A FUN BUNCH!!
• Work Mon- Fri 35hrs per week
