A person with trade skills in building, carpentary, plumbing, tiling, painting or electrical, with some general experience in building or renovation is sought to assist part-time with renovation and maintenance of our country house.

No tools are necessary and a motor vehicle is not required, however a car will make related touring activities more viable.

Full accommodation and part board is offered in return for 2 days assistance per week with additional time being paid at a daily rate.

The work is varied and satisfying and the successful applicant will be working with the property owner (and solo) to complete renovation tasks.

The suitable person is also able to undertake other paid work in Canberra or in the region whilst utilising the fully subsidised accommodation in a great village location on the outskirts of Canberra.
