We are looking for a number of reliable, fit laborers to join our team at ARC.
If you like variety and flexibility we have you covered.

There are a variety of casual roles available throughout the week and with the event season fast approaching, weekend jobs will become more common.

Some of the roles that we are looking to fill are as follows.

*Events work- Majority of the work is around the CBD or inner suburbs
setting up marquees, seating, flooring, barriers at various sites and stadiums around Brisbane and surrounding suburbs.

*Relocation work -
Majority of the work is around the CBD or inner suburbs
Sort of a removalist type of job but much better.
Plenty of variety working at different sites on different jobs. These are commercial jobs in buildings, hospitals, hotels, golf clubs and much more.

*Warehouse work -
These jobs are all outside the CBD but are most are accessible by public transport.
Container unloading, pick, pack, kitting and assembly work.

We do our best to keep jobs offered to our casuals within 60-minute trip from the CBD - on public transport, if you have your own transport the commute is less.

We pay weekly, all jobs with a Tax File Number (we don't do ABN or cash jobs)
Pay rates vary, from mid 33.00/hr and up from the depending on the job and what award it falls under.

All of our jobs require the following PPE:
*High Viz top (orange or yellow is fine)
*Steel cap shoes or boots,
*Gloves especially when working in events,
*Black or navy-blue work pants.
White cards are very beneficial (gives you more opportunities, but not mandatory)

The must haves:
*Good communication skills, a good level of speaking, reading and writing English is required.
We currently have staff from 35 different nationalities on our team so a good level means that you can understand, instructions and have the ability to ask questions to get the job done properly and safely.
*You must have a good level of fitness, bending, lifting, pulling, walking and standing on your feet for prolonged periods of time is part of the job.
