Complete visits undercover as a regular customer, then fill in a survey providing structured, factual feedback about your experience. Your feedback enables organisations to improve service standards, team performance, and overall customer satisfaction.

WHAT A MYSTERY SHOPPER DOES:

Visit retail stores, cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, shopping centres and a variety of other businesses

Visits may be in-store, or occasionally may involve phone or website enquiries

Observe service, selling skills, promotions, presentation and cleanliness standards

Submit clear online reports after each assignment

Full instructions are provided for every job.

WHAT MAKES A GOOD MYSTERY SHOPPER:

Paying attention to detail

Able to follow detailed instructions

Clear written communication

Comfortable using a smartphone and computer

Reliable and able to meet deadlines

No previous experience required.

GET PAID PER ASSIGNMENT:

Payment is typically $15–$50+ per assignment plus

Reimbursement for required purchases (in addition to your payment)

Payment made via direct debit to your bank account (no points, credits, vouchers or PayPal payments, just real cash!)
