This well-established national builder has built an enviable reputation for delivering complex and large-scale projects across the commercial sector. Due to continued progress on a flagship CBD high-rise development, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finishes Foreman to join the team on a contract basis and play a key role through the critical finishing stages of the project.

Your new role:
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will take ownership of the finishes phase across a major high-rise development, coordinating trades and ensuring quality, program and safety objectives are achieved.

Key responsibilities will include:
Managing and coordinating all finishes trades on site
Driving program outcomes and maintaining construction milestones
Supervising subcontractors and ensuring productivity targets are achieved
Managing defect prevention, inspections and quality assurance processes
Coordinating trade sequencing and daily site activities
Maintaining strong safety standards and site compliance
Assisting with practical completion and handover activities

What you'll need to succeed:
Previous experience as a Finishes Foreman on large-scale high-rise projects across the Tier 1 or 2 space.
Strong understanding of internal finishes, quality control and defect management
Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and drive program outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive and hands-on leadership style
Relevant construction qualifications and site safety certifications
