👨‍🍳 Experienced Chef / Cook Wanted 👩‍🍳

We are looking for one experienced Chef/Cook to join our team at the Barcoo Hotel in Outback Queensland.

This position is best suited to someone who is confident in a busy pub kitchen and can work independently as part of a small team.

What we're looking for:

• Strong grill experience – essential
• Previous experience in a pub, hotel or busy restaurant kitchen
• Confident handling busy lunch and dinner services
• Good understanding of English and ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to keep the kitchen clean, organised and well stocked
• Experience with ordering and stocktakes
• Food Safety Certification required
• Reliable with a good work ethic
• Must be comfortable living and working in a regional/outback town
